Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, fluid style of yoga that synchronises movement of the body with the breath.

Designed to feel like a moving meditation as one posture flows into the next, students are encouraged to explore their own personal range of mobility and strength and cultivate greater mind-body connectivity.

Classes are designed to feel challenging and exhilarating but lots of options are provided for all levels of experience and ability, perfect for both beginners and more advanced students..

Classes finish in Savasana, allowing students to experience total relaxation and the balancing out of the body’s yin and yang energy’s.
