Cultivating strength and stillness in body and mind.

Sunday 9th June

Sunday 4th August

“What a deeply lovely, intimate, happy and nourishing day. I feel uplifted, joyous and filled with positivity. Thank you Briony for a beautiful day, awesome yoga and delicious food”. - Rachel

Come and spend a day exploring your relationship between strength and power, rest and relaxation. From strong and sweaty vinyasa flow and core strength classes to a gentle amble through the Albourne vineyards and restorative yoga, there is plenty to fulfil both your yin and yang energies.

“Amazing, Amazing! Such a great balance of hard work, relaxation, time together and space for unwinding. I feel thoroughly worked out and relaxed.” - Hannah

The Yoga Sculpt Retreat days will be held at the Breathe Bend Believe Yoga Studio in the leafy Sussex village of Albourne. The house and studio is beautifully modern, with plenty of light and comfortable spaces to relax with a book or chat between classes. A delicious buffet vegetarian lunch will be provided and free water, teas and coffee will be available throughout the day.

“Thank you for the time to stretch my mind and body; to enjoy your fabulous home and meet such lovely yogis. Maggie is tops too!” - Anne
